Applicants are recruited through the job opening in recruitment sites. Applications submitted by the applicants are reviewed comprehensively based on the competencies and experiences, etc. An interview is performed by the team leader for comprehensive review on the character, experiences, job competency and harmony with the group on the applicant. An interview is performed by the executives to evaluate whether the character and values of the applicant complies with the core values of CT BIO.
